Vendor registrations are done by letter of application with all prerequisite statutory documents attached. Please address all applications to the Managing Director and deliver them to the BOSTenergies headquarters.

All potential transporters must submit letters of application to register (for first-time applicants) or letters of application to renew registration (for existing haulage contractors) addressed to the Managing Director and delivered to the BOSTenergies Headquarters. Upon review, the designated team in charge will officially communicate the next steps.

NB: The 2026 window for the registration of transporters closes on the 31st of March 2026. No further applications will be considered for this year.

The depots are not open to the general public due to health and safety restrictions. Pre-planned official visits may sometimes be permitted and are coordinated with the requisite departments and the active involvement of our Health & Safety team.

BOSTenergies offers internship opportunities. All aspiring interns should address their letters of application to the General Manager for Human Resources and Administration and submit them at the BOSTenergies headquarters.

NB: Internship placements are dependent on both the quality of the application and the availability of space.

While BOSTenergies does take on National Service personnel, all postings are handled by the National Service Secretariat and not the internal Human Resource team.
