BoardHer career includes significant contributions to legal policy reform through roles at the Institute for African Women in Law, where she designed and implemented capacity-building programs for legal professionals across multiple African jurisdictions. She has combined frontline legal experience with policy-level engagement to drive systemic change in Africa's legal landscape. She possesses particular expertise in managing a culturally diverse team to implement projects and create partnerships to advance gender equality in the legal profession.
Ms. Asuah-Kwasi holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana, as well as an Advanced LL.M. in International Children’s Rights from Leiden University, Netherlands. She is a 2024 VV Visionaries Fellow under the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Program.
A respected speaker and thought leader, she has presented at prominent regional and international legal forums. Her expertise in legal reform, institutional partnerships, and gender advocacy positions her as a dynamic force in shaping inclusive legal systems across Africa.
